📅 Return Window: 14 Days from the date of delivery to initiate a return

✓ Eligible for Return

  • Product defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Significant print quality issues
  • Size error on our part (wrong size shipped)

✗ NOT Eligible for Return

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Product has been worn, washed, or used
  • Wrong size selected by the customer during order
  • Tags removed or product damaged by customer
  • Normal color variations between screen and print

📋 Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, the product must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of defect (photos required)

How to Initiate a Return

  • 1 Contact us at admin@yourgiggles.shop or via WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery
  • 2 Provide your order number and reason for return
  • 3 For defect claims, include clear photos of the issue
  • 4 Our team will review and approve eligible returns within 24-48 hours
  • 5 Schedule free reverse pickup (for approved returns)

Return Shipping

  • For Defective/Wrong Items: FREE reverse pickup arranged by us
  • For Other Approved Returns: Customer bears return shipping cost

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • 1 Quality inspection completed within 2-3 business days
  • 2 Refund initiated if return is approved
  • 3 Refund processed to the original payment method
  • 4 Funds reflect in your account within 5-7 business days

Exchange Policy

ℹ️ Please Note: We do not offer direct size exchanges due to the print-on-demand nature of our products.

If you need a different size:

  • Return the original item following the process above
  • Once the refund is processed, place a new order for the correct size
  • This ensures you get a freshly printed, perfect product
